In addition to in-person urgent care, we have virtual care! All you need is an internet connection and a mobile phone, tablet, or computer.

Book a same-day or next-day appointment to meet face-to-face with an Indigo Virtual Care clinician from your device. For adults and children in Washington State and Idaho.

How can we help?

Video Visits

Available 8 am to 8 pm, every day. Meet face-to-face with an Indigo provider from your favorite device. Receive a diagnosis, care plan and prescription, if needed.

  1. Step 1: Book an Appointment

    2 minutes

    Pick a time that works best for you. We have same-day and next-day appointments available.

  2. Step 2: Video Interview

    10-15 minutes

    Speak with a clinician about your symptoms, who will create a treatment plan, which may include a prescription if necessary.

  3. Step 3: Prescription

    2-3 minutes

    If a prescription is part of your treatment plan, you'll be able to send your prescription to the pharmacy of your choice.
