Indigo Virtual Care accepts most insurances, which will be verified upon booking.
Consult your insurance carrier for specific questions on coverage. You can also talk with your concierge about pricing at the time of your appointment.
Please note a recent change in virtual care coverage: Effective January 2025, Medicaid (Apple Health) insurance plans will no longer be eligible for Indigo virtual care services.
Virtual care video visits are available 8 am to 8 pm every day.
Virtual urgent care appointments typically take 10-25 minutes.
Our providers can see you for most minor illnesses, minor injuries, and prescription refills. If an in-person exam or lab test is needed, we can coordinate a nearby visit without another clinician visit or wait.
