FTE: .9 Shift: Day, Schedule: 12 hour shifts, rotating weekends

Position Summary

We are open 8a-8p every day.

Our Customer Care Associates use their ability to anticipate needs to add elements of surprise and delight to an urgent care visit. As a Customer Care Associate, you ensure a consistent, reliable, and refreshingly friendly atmosphere for Indigo customers. Optimizing clinic flow is your top priority through the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Guides the customer through the online and in-clinic registration process using your exceptional customer service skills and use of our software platforms.
  • Quotes and collects customer payment at time of service and explain insurance coverage based the use of our predictive software platform and electronic medical record system.
  • Keep exam rooms stocked with appropriate levels of medical supplies, maintain instruments, prepare sterilization as required
  • Participate in daily calls to patients for customer service purposes
  • Take telephone messages and provide feedback and answers, within scope, to patient/physician/pharmacy calls

Requirements

  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Two (2) years of experience in an upscale retail, hospitality, and/or tech environment (Starbucks, Airlines, Hotel/Resort, Apple Store, Restaurant, theater, etc.)
  • Must obtain BLS certification within 45 days of placement in position

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $21.25 - $30.59 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
