MultiCare will expand its line of high-end Indigo Urgent Care Clinics with a new location in Seattle’s Rainier Valley neighborhood Sept. 18, bringing together convenience and high-touch services to transform the health care experience for consumers.
The clinic is located at 3820 Rainier Ave. S, Suite L, Seattle, WA 98118, and officially opens Sept. 18. Members of the community and media are invited to get a tour of the clinic and learn more about Indigo Urgent Care at an open house Oct. 9 from 2-6 p.m.
Indigo Health clinics present a new health care experience from the moment a patient walks in, catering to individuals who want high quality care — fast. Patients are met by a health care “concierge” who will see to their needs from the time they walk in the door, to the time they go on their way. The ambiance resembles a coffee shop with amenities such as complimentary coffee, water, Wi-Fi service and charging stations that create a relaxing environment.

The clinic will be open seven days a week, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m., and provide care for many conditions to include allergies, cold and flu symptoms, earaches, fevers, minor burns or bruises, minor fractures or sprains, rash or poison ivy, sore throat, skin complaints, school and sports physicals, minor allergic reactions and urinary tract infections.
Indigo Urgent Care is also unique compared to many other retail urgent care clinics in that it is a part of MultiCare, the largest provider of urgent care in the state. MultiCare is a network of hospitals, outpatient specialty centers and primary and urgent care clinics in Pierce, King, Thurston, Snohomish and Kitsap counties, as well as the Spokane region.
MultiCare opened its first Indigo Urgent Care clinic in Tacoma last June, followed by clinics in Tukwila, Covington, Mill Creek, the Wallingford neighborhood of Seattle, Tumwater, Issaquah, Lake Stevens, Olympia, Kirkland, Marysville and Lacey.
