When you or your little one is sick or hurt, or you need to squeeze in something more routine like a prescription refill or minor rash, the last thing you want to do is wait around.
Indigo Urgent Care offers the fast, friendly care you need, when you need it. But things do get busy, especially at some of our high-traffic locations.
Get the most from what Indigo offers. Here are a few tips and tricks to save time when using our urgent care services.
1. Skip the line
Need to be seen before work or between Zoom meetings? Online scheduling allows the flexibility to fit your busy lifestyle. When you schedule a same-day or next-day appointment online, you’ll have priority over walk-in appointments.
2. Check nearby locations
If by chance your first clinic choice is booked, you have options. For example, if our Puyallup South Hill clinic doesn’t have any same-day appointments available, check our nearby Orting or Frederickson locations. You may get in sooner. Our allows you to see exactly how many people are in line at each Indigo location. website
3. Visit virtually
For many issues, or when you or your ailing kiddo would rather stay comfortable on the couch, could be an option. Our friendly providers are available to treat many minor conditions, including: Indigo Online Care
- pink eye
- urinary tract infections
- colds, flu and respiratory conditions
- allergies and skin rashes
- bug bites
- and more
E-Visits are available 24/7 and are covered by most insurance plans ($25 without insurance). Simply answer a series of questions online and a provider will get back to you with a care plan and prescription, usually in 30 minutes or less.
If you prefer a face-to-face chat from one of your favorite devices, video visits are available 8 am to 9 pm every day and are covered by most insurance plans. The cost is $99 if you don’t have insurance.
4. See us on Sundays
Accidents and illnesses have no concept of time. When the unexpected happens on a weekend, like a minor fracture or high fever, you don’t have to wait until Monday to get care. We’re open every day of the week, 8 am to 8 pm, including weekends and holidays. And we typically have fewer patients on Sundays than any other day of the week.
