A new Indigo Health clinic is now open in Frederickson.
Located at 5314 176th Street East, Unit A, MultiCare Health System's Indigo Health is designed for millennials and the growing number of consumers and families who don’t have a primary care provider. It’s also convenient and easily accessible – with online appointment scheduling, care available every day of the year and close to amenities, including Starbucks, Safeway and several restaurants.
Customer experience is the cornerstone
Like all Indigos, the Frederickson site will place a premium on customer experience.
“We refer to our medical assistants – the people who greet you, verify your insurance, show you to an exam suite and check your vital signs – as your clinical concierge,” explains Ryan Fix, President, MultiCare Retail Health.
“This is a very intentional way for us to set a high customer service bar for each patient from the moment they walk in our doors. We also understand our customers are busy, and everything at Indigo is designed to give people an exceptionally quick visit, without sacrificing time with the provider.”
What we treat
MultiCare Indigo Urgent Cares treat a wide variety of minor injuries and illnesses, including:
- Bronchitis and bronchial problems
- Coughs, colds and flu
- Sore throats
- Ear infections, ear pain
- Allergies, rashes and other minor skin conditions
- Minor burns
- Small cuts that may require stitches
- Sprains, strains and minor fractures
Digital X-ray and onsite lab tests are also available on site. The Frederickson Indigo Health is open 8 am to 8 pm every day of the year, including all holidays.
Indigo accepts most insurance and offers a cash pay option for those without insurance coverage.
