Treatment for most minor illnesses and injuries
From sprains and strains to colds, flu and other inconvenient viruses, Indigo treats most minor illnesses and injuries – all from the convenience of your phone or favorite device. With Indigo Virtual Care, there’s no reason to wait for an appointment or upend your travel plans to see a doctor. Simply book a time that works for you.
During your virtual visit, a board-certified clinician will assess your injury or symptoms and prescribe medication, if necessary. And if you require further treatment or testing, you can visit one of our convenient clinics. All Indigo locations offer on-site digital x-ray and rapid lab tests, providing same-day results for strep throat, flu and COVID-19.
And that’s not all. You can also get prescription refills via Indigo Virtual Care. Feeling the familiar discomfort of a urinary tract infection? If you’re a frequent flyer and have had UTI’s in the past, an Indigo Virtual Care clinician will have you on the road to recovery in no time.
As much as we’d like to be there for you wherever your travels take you, the healthcare licensing and regulation gurus have the final word. Indigo Virtual Care is only available when you travel within Washington and Idaho.
Scheduling is a snap
An Indigo Virtual Care visit can happen from wherever you are. All you need is a computer, smartphone or tablet and a reliable internet connection.
- Indigo Virtual Care is available 8 am to 8 pm, every day.
- Sign up by giving us some basic information about your symptoms and how you feel.
- Meet face-to-face with a clinician to talk about your symptoms. You’ll receive a diagnosis, treatment plan, prescription or specialist referral if needed.
- If you do need a prescription, we’ll send it to the pharmacy of your choice.
- An Indigo Virtual Care visit is typically 25 minutes or less.

Anyone over 18 years of age can create an Indigo Virtual Care account. Once you’re set-up, it’s easy to add adult dependents and minor children to your account. Visits for minor children must be completed by a parent.
Of course, we’d also love to see you in person if that’s a better option for you. Simply walk into one of our neighborhood locations in Washington or Idaho or book an appointment online.
