Compensation: Earning potential of $200k+, as part of Indigo’s market leading total rewards and compensation philosophy for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.

Up to $30k recruiting incentives; a sign-on bonus is available for clinicians with urgent care or emergency department experience, eligibility for bonus amounts is based on years of experience. A relocation bonus may also be available.
Schedule: Full-time, Part-Time & Per Diem roles between 8-14 shifts per month, open 8am-8pm. Provider schedules are created two months in advance with team input and offer flexibility with weekend and holiday rotations.

Position Summary

Requirements

Active state license (active/good standing) by the time of employment

DEA, NPI & Prescriptive authority

Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association

Preferred: Minimum of 2 years clinical experience (post degree) in an UC, ED or FM setting

Preferred: Confident in suturing, splinting, minor office procedures, x-ray reads, treating all ages, and practicing autonomously – additional training provided as needed
