FTE: 1 = 3 x 12 hour shifts / week; Shift: Day; Schedule: TBD

Salary: 

Fellow Rate: Min $55.66 / hour - Max $55.66 / hour

Post Fellow Rate: Min $74.84 / hour - Max $74.84 / hour

Requirements
•    Washington State Nurse Practitioner license by the time of employment
•    DEA, NPI & Prescriptive authority
•    Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
