Where is the new MultiCare Occupational Medicine located?
MultiCare’s newest clinic is located at 800 164th St SE, Suite P, Mill Creek, WA 98012. This location is open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm. To schedule an appointment simply call 253-459-6541.
Occupational medicine also has additional locations to serve you depending on where you're located. Kent, Burien, and our new location in Covington are all a short distance from our new Covington clinic. If you have something more urgent, Indigo Urgent Care is located next door and is open 7-days a week from 8 am to 8 pm. You can also walk in or schedule an appointment at one of our many Indigo Urgent Care clinics across Washington State.
